ENMD-1199 (IRC-110160) 是2-methoxyestradiol的类似物，具有靶向微管、抗肿瘤、抗血管生成作用，在人体HCC细胞中，能够抑制HIF-1α和STAT3的活性。ENMD-1198抑制内皮细胞HMEC-1和BMH29L的增殖，其IC50值分别为0.4 μM和3.8 μM。
